Whitehall’s biggest event of the year kicks off July 23 with vendors, historic tours and a talent show. On Saturday, start your day at the Fireman’s Breakfast, the Mark Jordan Horseshoe Tournament and the Bill Baycroft Memorial Rod Run.  Be sure to catch the “Rediscover Whitehall” themed parade at 11 a.m. and the Chamber BBQ to follow.  Saturday will include kids activities, book sale, live music, beer yoga, the Wyldman Rodeo (Event sponsors are Murdoch's and Golden Sunlight Mine) and a Street Dance.  Please join the Facebook Event for our Frontier Days updates including the complete schedule (subject to change).

This year's parade theme is "Rediscover Whitehall."  We would like to congratulate Vincent Keogh for being selected the 2021 Grand Marshall.  He is also being recognized as the 2021 Whitehall Veteran of the Year due to his lifetime of service to the community and the nation. Parade applications can be downloaded or picked up at the Chamber office. Application deadline is July 14th. PRIZE winners will be announced on our Facebook page as well as called. 

The 15th Annual Mark Jordan Horseshoe tournament will be taking place Saturday, July 24th at 9am in the west side of Legion Park.  The is a $15 buy-in with cash payouts and prizes.  Only 30 participants this year so be sure you get there to register early.  A huge thank you to Todd Choquette for organizing this event.

This year’s historic tours will take you to the new and old cemetery. These tours are brought to you by the Jefferson Valley Museum.  Tours are $5, proceeds will be donated to a local non-profit (Whitehall Transportation if they are able to transport for the tours).  Tours will be held Friday, July 23rd at 3pm and 5pm and Saturday, July 24th at 1pm, 3pm and 5pm.  Additional tours may be scheduled if the needs arise.  Get your spot on the tour early by purchasing your ticket at the Jefferson Valley Museum! The Whitehall Community Library will be hosting a “Read & Feed” event from 10am to 12pm Friday, July 23rd and Saturday, July 24th. The Friends of the Whitehall Library will be doing a “$1 bag day” sale with snack-making fun for all ages.  Friday the Library hours will be 9am to 5pm and Saturday 9am to 1pm.  Be sure to stop in and shop!  The Whitehall Community Library is located at 110 First Street West.  Please call them at (406) 287-3763 with any questions.

We are excited to have the Bill Baycroft Memorial Rod Run back after a slight hiatus in 2020 due to COVID-19.  The tentative schedule is as follows:  July 24th 9am registration at the west end of Legion Park; 11am parade; after the parade the “show and shine” in the park, participants will vote on cars and participants and spectators will vote on the People’s Choice award; 3pm awards will be announced.  A huge thank you to Al Johnson for organizing this wonderful Rod Run.  If you have questions, please call him at (406) 287-2194.  See below for the entry form.
